Coconut Macaroons

  • 2 2/3 cup flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 t. almond extract

Combine and mix thoroughly.

Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

Drop by heaping teaspoon onto parchment covered cooke sheet.

Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

yield: 2 dozen cookies
