this is the traditional Holzheimer/Davis English Cut marinade but works well with all meats
- 1 ½ cups oil
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worchester sauce
- 2 T. dry mustard
- 2 ¼ t. salt
- 1 T. black pepper
- ½ cup wine vinegar
- 1 ½ t. parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
