- 1 cup light white wine
- 1 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 T. dried tarragon leaves
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 t. fresh ground pepper
Marinate chicken for at least 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Grill, broil or cut chicken into pieces and skewer with vegetables to make chicken kebabs.
