Chinese Ribs

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sherry
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 t. ginger
  • 1 T. Accent (optional)

Marinate ribs for 4 to 5 hours.  Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
